Replacement Policy


At Shanzay Wardrobe, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. Our replacement policy covers damaged pieces, incorrect color/design, or wrong items.


Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must meet one of the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Piece – The item arrived damaged or defective.

  2. Incorrect Color/Design – The item received is different from the color or design ordered.

  3. Incorrect Item – You received an item different from the one ordered.


Replacement Procedure

To initiate the replacement process:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. Our team will review your request and send a rider to collect the item and issue a replacement (if applicable).


Important Notes

  • Replacements are only available for damaged, incorrect color/design, or incorrect items.

  • Items must be in original condition, with all original tags and accessories.

  • Refunds are not issued for replacements.
